Joseph entered the Real Estate Industry in 2009 working with an investment firm in acquiring distressed assets and managing and leasing a diverse rental portfolio in Philadelphia. After stabilizing the new portfolio, he moved on to oversee the divestment of several large REIT-owned assets in Center City from 2012-2013. It was in 2012 that he decided to get licensed and enter the world of brokerage. After fulfilling the divestment in 2013, Joseph exploded as an agent, doubling his business each year. He now averages $10,000,000 per year in volume as a solo agent. After spending 9 years with Keller Williams, Joseph moved over to Compass to begin utilizing its’ top-rated tools and technology.
Joseph Fonash has a background in construction, teaching and writing. He and his wife are raising 3 children in Philadelphia and have lived in Fishtown, Fairmount, and Brewerytown.
